Customer booking requests
- NewBooking requests from customers. Customer users can request a booking and follow its progress from their own booking view.
- ImprovedQuotes. The HTS description shows beside the code as you enter it.
- ImprovedOrganization setup. Entering a postal code fills in the city and state.
- ImprovedSign-in. The sign-in page remembers your email and gives clearer messages when something goes wrong.
- ImprovedPasswords. Stronger password rules at sign-in, invitations and password resets.
- FixedEditing part of a client’s banking details no longer clears the other fields.
- FixedSearching for an HTS code in the quote form no longer reformats your search as you type.

Zoho Books payment sync and a redesigned ISF form
- NewZoho Books payment sync. Payments sync in both directions between Aulintri and Zoho Books, with GL-to-Zoho account mapping and a payment account per connection.
- ImprovedISF filing. The ISF form is redesigned and fills itself in from the booking and the importer.
- ImprovedCommunication Center. Email folders, starred messages, drafts and delete, and phone numbers checked as you type.
- ImprovedTasks. The Tasks button opens your tasks in a quick panel without leaving the page.
- FixedInvoices now become overdue the day after the due date, not on it.
- FixedPhone numbers are checked against the format for their country, and a contact’s country sets its phone country.
- FixedThe federal tax ID for AES filings is validated as an EIN, and identification numbers follow the right format for their type.
- FixedEvery date field uses the same calendar picker.

Task board, saved Home views and authenticator apps
- NewTasks. A task board with configurable status columns, checklists and links to bookings and other records.
- ImprovedHome. Your customized Home dashboard is saved to your account and follows you to any device.
- ImprovedSign-in. Sign in with an authenticator app as well as an emailed code, with recovery codes as a backup.
- ImprovedNotifications. A single Category filter replaces the row of chips.
- ImprovedInvitations arrive as a single-use sign-in link.
- FixedHome dashboard figures (receivables, billing, customs and customer cards) now use consistent definitions and correct totals.
- FixedRecord Payment fills in the amount from the invoice’s line-item total.
- FixedCarrier options filter Origin and Destination by place, not by date.

Sort and filter on every table, and the Communication Center
- ImprovedTables. Sort and filter on every column of the shipment, booking, quote, tracking, document, billing and customs tables, including number-range filters with units.
- NewCommunication Center. Email and text messaging sit beside chat in one place.
- NewGL accounts mapped to charge types, plus vendor payment status on cost charges.
- NewClient managers and sales representatives can be assigned to each client.
- ImprovedClient onboarding. Keep several onboardings in progress at once, with an optional Customs step.
- ImprovedCustoms. The full US tariff schedule (USITC HTSUS), SPI on the base classification, AD/CVD cash deposits, and address search and document upload in the entry form.
- ImprovedNavigation. Business Admins can reorder the sidebar for their organization.
- FixedUpdating the app no longer leaves already-open tabs on a blank screen.

- NewAccounts payable. Vendor bills, credit notes, a payments register, and recording payments against invoices.
- NewRecurring invoices, plus advance and proforma invoices and bulk invoice PDF download.
- NewMulti-currency billing with FX rates and period-end FX revaluation.
- NewAR aging on the invoice list, with automatic overdue reminder emails.
- ImprovedJob costing. One row per shipment, with income and payables side by side. Open an invoice from a booking without leaving the shipment.
- NewStatement release needs a second approver before a statement is released for payment.
- ImprovedBooking desk. Split by shipment type, with a separate pricing approval step.
- NewOnboard Client is now a six-step wizard, with drafts you can come back to.
- NewCustoms. Print or email an ISF.
- ImprovedRoles and permissions. A new side-by-side permission editor.
- NewThemes. Choose your theme, accent color and light or dark mode. Country fields look and search the same way everywhere.
- FixedInvoice PDFs that run past one page now lay out correctly, and date fields lock once an invoice is issued.
- FixedThe documents company filter only shows that company’s documents.
